Z lock metal jacketing is easy to install and can be easily removed for repairs or inspection of pipe insulation. The inside of the aluminum pipe sleeve is coated with a poly moisture retarder that provides an excellent resistance to moisture and has excellent abrasion protection during installation. Aluminum jacketing is installed over straight pieces of pipe insulation and is fastened closed with fab straps or screwed.

Smooth sheets are easy to clean. Stainless steel jacketing is suitable for washdown applications. The 3 mil thick polysurlyn moisture barrier is laminated to the inside surface to help prevent corrosion of the jacketing and the underlying equipment metal pipe or. Install with banding not included.
